Our History

NCI was originally established in Adelaide in 1985 as a specialist credit insurance broker. Our business has grown steadily to become the largest independent credit insurance broker throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Over the years, NCI realised that while its product was ultimately credit insurance, its business was actually about protecting the profitability of its clients. While credit insurance is the ultimate safeguard against bad debts, better business practices in trade credit management can also help to improve profitability on a day-to-day basis. NCI has therefore developed a complete range of trade credit services for their clients.
