It’s been a fantastic quarter with many of our teams gathering with clients and partners to catch-up and socialise.
The relationship aspect of our business is something we focus on a lot; we feel this is a very important part of who we are at NCI and will always make the effort to meet face-to-face where appropriate.
From a product perspective, we have seen growing interest around Commercial Collections. This could be due to a number of factors, with businesses looking to tidy up their Aged Debtors listings before the end of the year, but there is also the fact that money is becoming tighter with less cash in the market.
Unfortunately, this has also been compounded by the floods on the East Coast, but our aim is always to work towards a commercial solution that ensures the longevity of the business relationship.
