   Our client was looking at improving their credit risk processes and minimising errors in their client’s and future customers’ credit applications.

   The client reached out to NCI in search for some guidance after hearing of Credential. Working together we were able to set-up a personalised Credential application for their business. The client chose to incorporate DocuSign for signing, specifically to reduce paper waste and to update their processes.
